These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the High Society Private Dining LLC website and your purchase of tickets or services from us. By accessing our website or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

High Society Private Dining LLC is a Texas limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

All ticket purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy below.
• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the Company.
• You must present your QR code ticket (sent via email at time of purchase) for entry.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who does not present a valid ticket.
• Ticket prices are subject to change at any time prior to purchase.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified and offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Due to the intimate and limited-capacity nature of our events, all ticket sales are generally final. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

• Event Cancellation by Company: Full refund issued within 5–7 business days.
• Event Rescheduling: If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued upon request within 48 hours of the rescheduling announcement.
• Guest Cancellation: Refund requests made 14 or more days before the event will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. The Company reserves the right to remove any guest from an event without refund for behavior that is:

• Disruptive, abusive, or threatening toward staff, other guests, or the venue
• Illegal or in violation of any applicable law
• Damaging to Company property or the event venue
• Otherwise deemed inappropriate at the Company's sole discretion

Guests removed for conduct violations will not be eligible for a refund.

High Society Private Dining LLC takes food safety seriously. However, guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for communicating these in writing prior to the event. While we make every reasonable effort to accommodate restrictions, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

By attending our events, you acknowledge and accept this limitation and agree to indemnify the Company from any claims related to undisclosed dietary restrictions or allergies.

The Company reserves the right to modify menus based on ingredient availability, seasonality, and other factors. Substitute items of equivalent quality will be provided when necessary.

The Company may photograph or video record events for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending an event, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in such materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing before the event. The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from all media captured at group events.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and event materials, is the exclusive property of High Society Private Dining LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Society Private Dining LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or attendance at our events.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket or service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any personal property lost, stolen, or damaged at our events.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless High Society Private Dining LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your attendance at our events, or your negligence or misconduct.

Our website and services use third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email marketing), and Ticket Tailor (ticketing). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
